Curried Chicken Balls

Makes 8 appetizers.
Ingredients
- ½ cup finely chopped cooked chicken
- 1 tablespoon chopped raisins
- 1 tablespoon dried bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- ½teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon curry powder
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- ½ cup dried bread crumbs
- Chutney mayonnaise
Recipe
- Combine ingredients, except egg, ½ cup bread crumbs, and chutney mayonnasie. Shape into 8 balls.
- Dip balls into beaten egg and roll in reserved crumbs.
- Arrange balls in a circle on paper plate.
- Cook uncovered 1 to 1½ minutes at Power Level 10 or until heated through.
- Serve with chutney mayonnaise.
